An exploration of museum education programs pushing boundaries in order to make a difference.

A joint event for cultural organisations conducted by AMAGA Education Network Victoria (ENVI), AMaGA Victoria and the SPP Humanities and Culture Network.

  • Jenny Better from the Jewish Museum and Sherene Hassan from the Islamic Museum will discuss the Museums Together program.
  • Michelle Kiag from the National Trust will talk about the McCrae Cross Cultural Education Experience developed alongside the Bunurong Community.
  • Christine Healey from the Incinerator Gallery and teacher Francine Sculli will discuss the Social Justice Art for Teens program with
  • Bridget Hanna from Museums Victoria will host a 30 min preview of Melbourne Museum's new Learning Lab.

The event will be followed by AMaGA Envi’s Biennial General Meeting at 4.15pm
