Join AMaGA Victoria and a panel of experts to discuss attracting, engaging and retaining volunteers in the museum and gallery context. In this session we will address key challenges faced in succession planning including difficulty with recruitment, the transfer of knowledge and winding up clauses. The panel will introduce and discuss valuable resources, including the ‘Guide to Succession Planning for Historical Societies and Community Heritage Groups’ produced by the Federation of Australian Historical Societies Inc.
