A Major Volunteer Project: building a BE2a

Andrew Willox won a Victorian Museum Award in 2013 for his voluntary work building a replica BE2a aircraft for the collection at the RAAF Museum at Point Cook. In this article he explains how he fulfilled a boyhood passion on a project spanning seven years. You can see the plane on display at the Museum at Point Cook, open Tuesday-Friday 10am–3pm, weekends 10am–5pm.

Volunteering at RSL Victoria

The Victorian RSL network has Branches located in every Local Government area in the State with well over 5,000 volunteers assisting in all capacities. These RSL Sub-Branches range in size and support RSL members and their families.
