This is the second session of a four-part seminar series designed as a foundational exploration of museum and gallery management.

Content:

  • Difference between required and desired governance

  • Co-design and implementation of organisational purpose and values (including environmental impact)

  • Meeting our duty of care to our leaders (including culture, alignment and succession)
