Letters of support
AMaGA Victoria will consider providing a Letter of Support to member organisations and others working in the museum and gallery sector based on the following principles:
The project aligns with AMaGA Victoria’s strategic direction or will benefit the museums and galleries sector.
The requesting organisation is not in competition with AMaGA Victoria for the same funding or opportunity.
The project does not compete directly with services or programs currently offered by AMaGA Victoria.
The organisation provides AMaGA Victoria with sufficient time to consider the request for a Letter of Support (minimum of ten working days).
AMaGA Victoria is satisfied that sufficient information has been provided about the project and is confident the project is viable and represents a valuable opportunity for the member organisation or the sector.
Request a letter of support
To request a letter of support from AMaGA Victoria, please complete the provided form, which should include a draft Letter of Support. Once received, our Executive Director will review the letter for signature.
All requested information must be provided at least ten days before the Letter of Support is required.
