We're thrilled to announce our full program for the 2022 edition of the Victorian Museums and Galleries Forum! The Victorian Museums and Galleries Forum is a two-day event dedicated to discussing trending topics in the museum and gallery sector. This years' theme is on 'FUTURE FOCUS: Collections, People, Governance and Policy.' In partnership with Deakin University and City of Melbourne, the 2022 Victorian Museums and Galleries Forum will be held at Deakin Downtown on 17-18 May, 9:30am to 4:30pm (with optional post-event networking opportunities to be announced).Nominations are now open for the AMaGA Victoria Committee 2022 - 2024

Nominations are being called for election to the Committee of Australian Museums and Galleries Association Victoria for the 2022 – 2024 term. This project is establishing temporary digitisation and conservation assessment studios in bushfire affected regions of Victoria during May and June 2022. There will be an opportunity for collecting organisations and individual community members to have their precious items digitised during this time.
