ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Since 2015, AMaGA Victoria has hosted the Victorian Museums and Galleries Forum. The event is dedicated to highlighting key issues facing the museum and gallery sector and aims to encourage meaningful dialogue surrounding these topics. The aim of the Forum is to encourage meaningful dialogue. AMaGA Victoria recognises the importance of fostering open and constructive conversations that lead to actionable insights and solutions. By creating this space for dialogue, the Forum facilitates networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among professionals, ultimately contributing to the overall advancement of the cultural heritage landscape in Victoria.

Currently, the Forum runs biannually, with the next planned for 2024.
