Mon 17 May, 2021Lynda Bernard (Victorian Collections) attended the Diary handover of WW1 Diary of Priscilla Wardle, Trainee Ballarat District Hospital, 1905 to 1908 and WW1 Nurse. The pages held with Melbourne Legacy were catalogued into Victorian Collections where they were discovered by a researcher who had transcribed the rest of the diary and catalogued objects relating to the nurse also held in Victorian Collections.
Update to the National Standards for Australian Museums and Galleries and call for Expressions of Interest
Wed 12 May, 2021We are excited to announce that through their role with the National Standards Taskforce, our Museum Accreditation Program (MAP) staff will be contributing to a major update of the National Standards for Australian Museums and Galleries. Museums & Galleries Queensland (on behalf of the National Standards Taskforce) has received funding from The Ian Potter Foundation to support this review and update of The Standards.
